Welcome to register as a cooperative merchant and promoter of the AffiMarket alliance!

Registering as a cooperative merchant or promoter of the AffiMarket Alliance means that you have read and accepted this agreement in detail, and promise that all submitted information is true and valid and abides by the platform operating rules.

In order to protect the rights of both parties, please read carefully and agree to the following terms of use. Registering or using our services constitutes your acceptance of this agreement.

Article 1: Scope of cooperation

1. Advertiser: It is necessary to provide legal and authentic product, service or activity-related information, including advertising links and promotion guidelines, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information.
2. promoter: Carry out legal promotion through platform tools, comply with the terms set by advertisers, and ensure that no abuse or illegal operations are carried out.

Article 2: Responsibilities and Obligations

Merchant Responsibility

1. Content that contains false information, violates laws or social ethics is not allowed.
2. We promise that product or service descriptions are true and reliable and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Promotional commissions must be paid as agreed without delay or refusal.

Promoter obligations

1. No false promotions, spam advertising or other violations of platform regulations are allowed.
2. Comply with local advertising regulations to ensure that promotional content is legal and compliant.
3. Make sure that the promotional tool you use does not contain malware or any destructive features.

Article 3: Commission and Settlement

1. The settlement of promotion commissions shall be subject to the agreement between the merchant and the platform, and shall be subject to final review by the platform.
2. Merchants need to pay commissions to the platform within the settlement cycle, and the platform will pay them to the promoters as agreed.
3. If there is a commission dispute due to the promoter's violation, the platform reserves the right to withhold or refuse payment.

Article 4: Liability for breach of contract

1. Merchant defaults: If the merchant fails to pay commissions according to the agreement or provides false information, the platform can immediately terminate the cooperation and pursue relevant legal liabilities.
2. Promoter's violation: If the promoter conducts false promotion or violates the promotion guidelines, the platform has the right to suspend the account and deduct the due commission.
3. damages: The offending party shall bear the direct or indirect losses and related legal liabilities caused thereby.

Article 5: Confidentiality Clause

1. Both parties must keep commercial secrets, data and other sensitive information involved in the cooperation process confidential and shall not leak or use it for other purposes.
2. After the cooperation is terminated, the confidentiality obligation will remain in effect.

Article 6: Termination of Agreement

1. If either party needs to terminate cooperation, it should do so in advance30 daysNotify the other party and the platform in writing.
2. After the cooperation is terminated, the platform will handle the remaining commissions and data in accordance with the policy.

Article 7: Agreement Revision and Dispute Resolution

1. Agreement Amendment: The platform reserves the right to modify the terms of use and will issue an announcement within 14 days before the agreement takes effect. If you continue to use the platform services, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised content.
2. dispute resolution: If there is a dispute, priority should be given to settling it through friendly consultations. If unresolved, the dispute will be adjudicated in accordance with local law.
